The founders of Tirnu spent years working inside banks, payment networks, and digital asset firms — watching the same problem repeat itself. Fiat and crypto existed in parallel worlds, connected by friction, delays, and a chain of intermediaries that served nobody but themselves.

Every attempt to bridge the gap was a compromise. Banks that added crypto as an afterthought. Exchanges that bolted on a card and called it banking. Platforms that looked unified on the surface but ran on disconnected infrastructure underneath.
